After reviewing the slab condition and adjoining steps or driveway, we place lifting material through small injection ports. Polyurethane foam can fill voids, stabilize the area, and lift with controlled expansion. For suitable conditions, a cementitious slurry may be used for slab jacking. The method is selected for the slab, support conditions, and access, not by a one-size-fits-all rule.
We monitor transitions to steps, landings, driveways, and thresholds closely. A good lift improves the walking surface while respecting the surrounding concrete and drainage direction.
